Great lamp and amazing customer service

I love the lamp! Airy and elegant , it is also original and fills the room with a beautiful light. It is a great product.
What totally amazed me was the service offered by Luminesy. They shipped promptly, resolved a custom issue swiftly, then accepted and dealt with a return and exchange (I ordered the wrong size). Communication was efficient. I recommend them and will buy again myself!

We went for the black cane color and the lamp looks absolutely stunning in our bedroom. Quick delivery via Fedex. Assembly was a little bit tricky, but otherwise great product and a good shopping experience with Luminesy. Would recommend!
